Conway Collective is a Chicago based full service interior design firm specializing in work that extends from ground-up construction and renovation to interior design and decoration for both residential and commercial spaces. We are committed to creating engaging environments that provide our clients with a long term investment value. We are quality driven design consultants who focus on client relationship throughout the entire design process and project management service to ensure delivery of complete and cohesive design solution for all of our clients requests.
Conway Collective has no singular mandated style which allows us to take on widely diverse clients and projects. We strongly believe that there is a common denominator of disciplined aesthetic that focuses on rational approach to space, proportion, and light that deliver beautiful spaces. We value good design that is appropriate to the site, client and client's budget.
Who We Are
Erika Conway, founder and Principal of Conway Collective, is best known to execute her conceptual designs through a very pragmatic approach.
From a young age Erika has consistently expressed her passion for enhancing lifestyles through the functionality of space. She firmly believes they key to a successful design begins with understanding how each client perceives and approaches space, allowing her to tailor each design to her individual client. Her style is comprised of the inspirations collected through her travels and guided by her clients’ desires and likings, making each project truly unique!
As a graduate of Mercyhurst University Erika received her Bachelors of Arts in interior Design. She held a position as a design specialist focusing in kitchens and baths and working primarily with custom home builders and developers in New York.
Erika relocated to Chicago in the spring of 2014 to work for one of Chicago’s top high-end Interior Design firm, Anthony Michael Interior Design, where she balanced the rolls of Senior Designer and Project Manager during her two years at the firm. She was responsible for the assisting in all design concepts and selections as well as overseeing all projects ranging from small-scale decor jobs to complete gut renovations. One of her most recently completed projects was featured in Chicago’s Luxe Interior + Design Magazine’s March/April 2016 edition.
In December of 2016, Erika co-founded Lux Design Group which a Chicago based Interior Design Firm. This firm focused on new development and rehabs that focused on adding equity in property values in an aesthetically pleasing way.
Erika is also an licensed Illinois Realtor which provides her with a keen sense of market trends, home appreciations, and the precise knowledge of how good design can enhance your homes market value.
